My stay included a fine lake view. The hotel provided complimentary boat rides on the lake throughout the day and in the evening. I found the afternoon activities engaging. Henna application and puppet shows were available.

The gym was quite busy during peak hours. I had to wait for equipment.

decent stay , some issues

excellent staff well appointed resort nice stay poor poolside service disruptive drilling

the architecture and decor of the resort are very well done. curated art appears throughout the hotel , which i appreciated. the lake view with the city palace was another highlight , it was quite picturesque. the staff were really good , particularly samarth and the dining room team.

the poolside service was almost nonexistent. i often had to find someone for a towel , a drink , or a snack. used plates and glasses remained all day, even after returning from dinner.

The butler service impressed me (kudos to Karnisink). The rooms are beautiful. The pool area allows relaxation following a day of exploration. Breakfast has many options. The hotel features really good artistry and is a fine hotel.
